Advice

01

Compliance with legal procedures

We must respect all relevant legal requirements, formalities and procedures and never examine documents in violation of them
02

Choice of an Expert

Particular attention should be paid to the selection of the special Examiner who scientifically evaluates the case at the beginning, as often cases with incorrect (partially or totally) initial assessment end up being 'lost' at first instance
03

Careful management of the disputed documents

In order to avoid contaminating the disputed documents we take care to ensure their complete integrity especially if other special forensic examinations are intended to be carried out (such as DNA examination, or latent writing examination)
04

Care & diligence in the collection of known material

Sufficient sample material of certain date must be collected, always in its original form, and this must be used in comparative examinations. Samples of reliable origin are always kept in the files of Notaries, Civil Services, or companies
05

Early & documented diagnosis

Do not submit the disputed documents before the judicial or other Authorities if they have not been previously examined by an experienced Document Examiner, so that there is - in advance - clear and substantiated scientific confirmation of the adopted data or the presumed findings
